Homeless rests on Rosie Hackett bridge

“Homeless rests on Rosie Hackett bridge

Where was this photo taken?
“River Liffey, Dublin.”

What does this photo mean to you?
“This modern very wide bridge is most recently built bridge that connects the North and Southside of Dublin.  This bridge was built to connect the Luas Green and Red tram lines.  I attended the open ceremony on the 20th May 2014, when the Lord Mayor of Dublin emphasised that this was the only bridge in Dublin that bears a woman’s name.”

What do you like best about this photo?
“I like this design; it’s very bright and open, with wide benches and decorated by plenty of flowers.  Also it has magnificent views to both sides of the city and also of the Dublin Docklands.”
