“Rich versus poor”

Where was this photo taken?
“O’Connell Street, Dublin 1.”

What does this photo mean to you?
“A homeless man, begging for money for his hostel left his property unattended for a short time in a search to find some food.  My attention was drawn by contrast between scarcity and richness.  One looks up, the other, looks down.  Everybody needs clothes and food and shelter.  However, others need luxury suits and expensive cars, while for some individuals their dream is to have at least a sleeping bag.  Luxury and poverty are so close yet so distant.”
