“Guts of 10 years… I’d run out of space to mention them all.

I ended up rough sleeping through my substance abuse and drink.  The lifestyle that came with it landed me on the streets/nightly hostels/prison.  Have a 6 month bed now through Cross Care.  Things are “I think” looking up.

I’ve got a past history involving art and creativity – I’m sure many more find it very therapeutic, plus a better way of spending time of your day so at least you’ve got something to show at the end of it, be it a photo, painting, sculpture, life drawing, fine/abstract art, it’s all a healthy form of escapism/treatment and it doesn’t damage your health.

I’m a deep thinker, shallow talker, drifter and a midnight walker.”
