Tang on Dawson Street is the new savoury sibling of Yogism which has been serving delicious frozen yogurt’s at George’s Arcade for some time now. With a vision to incorporate yogurt into almost everything they do, for Tang it was a natural adventure into middle eastern food. There’s lots of tzatzik and twists on tzatziki, flavoured yogurts, citrus, honey, black olive. It’s really nice stuff. All of their yogurt is supplied by Glenisk, and they’ve tried to keep it as healthy as possible. Where you might usually see mayonnaise or cream, you’ll see Greek yogurt or strained yogurt. Where you might usually see feta cheese, you’ll see yogurt based labanateh! They make everything from scratch in house and we can confirm it is delicious! The second IN SIGHT exhibition takes place on the railings of St. Stephen’s Green from November 29th to December 12th 2016. You can watch it being setup here : )
